Here are the couple of new ideas I posted in success community. Upvote it
1) Omni Channel doesn't fire workflow and trigger when owner is changed
I just came through a requirement for recording a case history when a owner is changed. So when the owner is changed through Omni Channel, it doesn't fire workflow and triggers. I tried contacting Salesforce Support and they replied that is how it works expected to work.

2) Map Rich text area in lead conversion mapping
Now fields of type Rich text area is not allowed to map in lead conversion mapping
