Here I have used the components to show different related list on the work order page based on the work order line item record types.  

The component is so flexible that we can configure it easily. 

• Hide or show the New Button, Menu action, Refresh action and the header.
• New Button action can be overridden with lightning component.
• Configure the number of records to be displayed
• Sort the records. 
• Display either as list or tile. 
• Show different icons for the title.
